Procedure
Our approach is based on scientifically sound methods and many years of experience. The process is divided into several phases:
Target definition:
Definition of the survey objectives by the company management and HR and, if necessary, coordination with the works council.
Design:
Design of the questionnaire taking into account scientific standards and involving all relevant stakeholders.
Durchführung

Implementation and support in the further process
