Your Profile:

You have experience in leadership, sales and change and are familiar with both analog and digital approaches in training and consulting. You are looking for an exciting challenge.

Your tasks:

• Transfer your knowledge and enthusiasm for learning processes with a focus on leadership
• Independent implementation of sales trainings and consultations
• Acquisition, conceptual preparation and follow-up of your customers
• Support of the management in strategically relevant projects

Your qualifications:

• Diploma/Master’s degree in Psychology/Social Sciences/ Intercultural Management/Business Administration or similar
• Experience in training adults (business context)
• Strong motivation for your tasks as a consultant and trainer
• Enjoy mobility and working with a wide variety of target groups
• High ability for self-organization and structuring
