Objective
In a constantly changing business environment, it is crucial to identify and develop the right talent. Assessment centers and development centers offer a structured approach to evaluate the individual skills, strengths, potential and development areas of employees as objectively as possible. Needs analysis and target definition
The procedures are adapted to the individual needs in each case.
Coordination / training
Precise coordination and, if necessary, training is required with the internal participants in order to enable a reliable and valid assessment.
Instruments
Participants are exposed to various tasks and situations that reveal relevant competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving and leadership skills. Structured observation is carried out by trained observers to enable the most objective assessments possible.

Evaluation / preparation of reports:
At the end of the center, the results are evaluated and detailed feedback and individual development plans are drawn up or recommendations made for the selection decision.
