Objective

In a constantly changing business environment, it is crucial to identify and develop the right talent. Assessment centers and development centers offer a structured approach to evaluate the individual skills, strengths, potential and development areas of employees as objectively as possible. Our aim is to support you in obtaining a sound basis for your personnel decisions.

Our approach is based on scientifically sound methods and many years of experience in personnel diagnostics. The process is divided into several phases:

Instruments

Participants are exposed to various tasks and situations that reveal relevant competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving and leadership skills. Structured observation is carried out by trained observers to enable the most objective assessments possible.

Evaluation / preparation of reports:
