What inspires me: There is never a universally „right“ solution in sales. Markets, corporate cultures and strategies, but above all the people involved require a differentiated examination of the respective success factors in sales. We cannot fundamentally change personality structures, which is why it is so important to involve people early on in change processes in sales.
